An algorithm has been developed to identify genetic variations associated with these phenotypes. The objective of the summer project is to design computational methods to validate the effectiveness of the genotype-phenotype mapping algorithm. Our approach would be to design and implement algorithms to simulate the evolution of traits in bacterial populations. | ||

Hunter-MSKCC Joint Summer Internship Program in Microbial Genomics

- Dates: June 1 - July 13, 2016 (6 weeks)
- Hours: 18 hours a week
- Stipend: $2,500 per position
